I am focused on supporting individuals with physical and mental health issues caused by overexertion, stress & anxiety.
While practicing bodywork, I am passionate about holistic approach to anti-ageing concept.
I developed a genuine interest in corporate wellbeing programs as my experience proved that a happy and well worker has higher enthusiasm, performance and loyalty which in the end of the day is more satisfied clients and closed sales.

About me

I am qualified therapist providing: Holistic and Sports Massage, Pregnancy and post-partum massage, On-site chair massage, Indian Head massage, Dynamic Cupping and Reflexology. I am also a registered baby and children Reflexology Instructor.

I maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism and confidentiality. I chose reflexology and massage as mediums to help people to maintain good mental and physical health. I am sure that every person in our busy modern world needs to take time for wellness or else an illness will take this time.

Founded in 1990, by a small cohort across the Emerald Isle, the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) was created to form a self regulating professional body for massage and bodywork professionals in Ireland.
