About me
My treatment rooms are thoughtfully laid out to maximise both the therapeutic benefits and relaxation benefits of massage therapy.

Relaxation therapies include holistic massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and lymphatic drainage.

We also offer physical therapy and sports massage therapy for those clients that have pain and injuries.

The medical side of the clinic is dedicated to cancer patients. We do a full range of lymphoedema bandaging (complex decongestive physiotherapy) including lymphatic drainage, we also measure, supply and fit compression garments. We can do this privately and in some cases via medical card. We also try to incorporate rest time in the treatment room before and after the treatment which is greatly appreciated when clients are in the middle of chemotherapy and/or palliative care. We try to give the care giver access to a treatment room to rest while we are looking after their loved ones.

We have four therapists and a receptionist who is happy to answer your calls, texts and any queries you may have so to put you with the best therapist to suit your individual needs.

Founded in 1990, by a small cohort across the Emerald Isle, the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) was created to form a self regulating professional body for massage and bodywork professionals in Ireland.
