Helping my clients to maintain a sense of balance and harmony in their every day lives. Living as stress-free as possible and advising on the many different ways to achieve this. Particuarly close to my heart is working with the natural life-force energy (chi) in the body and keeping it flowing and in balance.

About me

I have been a complementary therapist for 18 years and combine holistic massage with balancing the natural life-force energy (chi) using Quantum Coherence Therapy, based on TCM principles. All my 'time for you' treatments promote balance and harmony and help maintain good health and well-being by treating the body, mind, emotions and Spirit, while at the same time encouraging self-healing on all levels.

A Jade Stone Far-Infrared Heat Pad enhances the enjoyment and therapeutic benefits of each treatment .... my clients just love this deeply-penetrating heat.

I am available by appointment only Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Saturday mornings, as needed. Mary x
