Tuina (Tui Na) Massage pronounced "tweena". It is a bodywork therapy developed in China over 2,000 years. Tuina works with (Qi) energy flows in the body and is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Through the application of massage and manipulation techniques Tuina seeks to establish a more harmonious flow of Qi through all the systems of the body, thus allowing the body to heal itself naturally.

Tuina massage can be used on children as well as adults and clients remain fully dressed during treatments.
