Thai Massage is a spiritual and medical practice originated by the Buddhist monks from India and Thailand over 2 500 years ago. The body is gently rocked into easy comfortable positions that stimulate the internal organs. Thai massage combines acupressure foot reflexology and yoga aasanas (poses). This unique massage works on the peripheral system of the body easing and gently stretching tendons and increasing range of motion. Key elements include rhythmic compression rocking and deep stretching. It is practised clothed in four positions: front side sitting and back.
